apparently I’m a big failure at this logging my exercise and diet thing. I do assure you, and I have witnesses that I’ve been running 2+ miles daily, as well as lifting weights daily. I run every day but Sunday, although I still lift. There are results! I also have witnesses for that. Shame on me.. I need to start logging it like I promised!
