apparently I’m a big failure at this logging my exercise and diet thing. I do assure you, and I have witnesses that I’ve been running 2+ miles daily, as well as lifting weights daily. I run every day but Sunday, although I still lift.
There are results! I also have witnesses for that. Shame on me.. I need to start logging it like I promised!

The Get Fit Challenge: 104 Days
Since I’m going into the Air Force, and I need to get into shape. I have been inspired by Larry to document my food/exercise on my road to getting there. Every 20 days I will take photos as well.
