30 Days to Success
This article was very enlightening. I am going to do this. I would encourage anybody to try this. 30 days out of your life is a spit in the wind. Starting Sunday, April 5th, 2009 I am going to do the following for 30 days:
1 ) Spend 30 minutes cleaning / organizing my space
2 ) Spend an hour reading something that interests me
3 ) Run a minimum of 3 out of every 7 days for at least 3 miles
4 ) Abstain from all junk food, soda, coffee, etc.
5 ) No video games of any kind.
6 ) Sleep better. Wake up by 8am. Non-negotiable.
7 ) Post a blog entry of some kind.
8 ) Do some form of pushups, situps, or weights.
9 ) Read some form of scripture.
10 ) Communicate with somebody.
These 10 things are now my official “30 Days Challenge”
