![]() After learning how to do a proper pushup I came to the realization of how much more difficult it is to do a proper pushup. Not only that, but doing it correctly provides a much better workout. How many pushups can you do? |

so thanks to my dad (retired Air Force of 26 years) I’ve discovered I’ve been doing my pushups wrong all this time. I suppose I’m thankful I’ve learned sooner rather than later, but I’ve also discovered that the proper pushup is 3 times harder than the wrong one. Also meaning I can only do a 1/3 as many. BAH! Now I have to work my way back up in numbers… but at least I know they’ll be right!! |

failapparently I’m a big failure at this logging my exercise and diet thing. I do assure you, and I have witnesses that I’ve been running 2+ miles daily, as well as lifting weights daily. I run every day but Sunday, although I still lift. There are results! I also have witnesses for that. Shame on me.. I need to start logging it like I promised! |
