So i’m supposed to be taking in roughly 1,950 to 2,300 calories per day to keep my metabolism happy. It’s already becoming clear that being unemployed is gonna take a hamper on how often I eat. UGH
On a side note, why does the blood ALWAYS rush to my head when I do pushups?! I HATE that!
Since I’m going into the Air Force, and I need to get into shape. I have been inspired by Larry to document my food/exercise on my road to getting there. Every 20 days I will take photos as well. All photos will be documented and posted at the end in their respective places for everyone to admire. 104 days of fitness. Can I do it?
